Village of Pulaski

Portfolio pulaskiWWTP WR.jpgB&L has completed a number of projects for the Village of Pulaski including an Infiltration/Inflow Study and Sewer System Evaluation Study. Other projects include storm sewer design, sanitary sewer rehabilitation and design, and a wastewater treatment plant facility plan and improvements.


  

 Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements Minimize

Village of Sherburne

Portfolio 521.011-Sherburne WWTP WR.jpgB&L completed design and construction phase services for the Village's Wastewater Treatment Plant, including improvements to three pumping stations: Canal St., South Main St., and the WWTP Influent Pumping Stations. Key project features included retrofitting three pump stations with new pumps and controls, implementing a PLC-based triplex control system with WWTP SCADA interfacing, installation of a prefabricated concrete building to house controls and generator, and installation of diesel and propane powered emergency generators. This project was named "Project of the Year" by the Central New York American Public Works Association.

Onondaga County Department of Drainage & Sanitation (OCDDS)

Portfolio OCDDS WR.jpgB&L has completed a number of wastewater projects for OCDDS, some of which include: design of force mains water pollution control plants and pumping stations, rehabilitation of sewer systems, study and analysis of trunk sewers, inflow/infiltration studies and reduction, and drainage district improvements.

 Water Pollution Control Plant Improvements Minimize
Village of Tully

Portfolio TullyWWTP2 WR.jpgB&L provided complete planning, permitting, grantsmanship, design, and construction phase services for the rehabilitation and expansion of the Village's Water Pollution Control Plant. The original plant was designed by B&L in 1970. Some of the project features include a new automated variable speed influent pumping system, new influent flow metering system, conversion of existing multi-function treatment tanks to aeration tanks, construction of new clarifiers, and the installation of a new ultraviolet effluent disinfection system.

 Wastewater Pretreatment Facilities Minimize
HP Hood

Portfolio HP Hood Tanks WR.jpgB&L provided design, construction administration, and start-up services for the pretreatment system including: an influent pump system, dual equalization tanks for series, parallel or individual operation, aeration system, discharge flow control system, spill isolation and control system, pH control and chemical augmentation facilities, chemical mixing and reaction, and discharge pumping station.
